3.2 Refunds

• Fees paid are non-refundable unless explicitly stated at the time of purchase
• No refunds are provided for unused validity periods or lack of leads

3.3 Cancellations

• Users may cancel subscriptions, but access continues until the end of the billing cycle
• Propstom reserves the right to suspend services for policy violations without refund

4. User-Generated Content (UGC) Policy

4.1 Responsibility

Users are solely responsible for content they upload, including: 
- Property listings 
- Images, videos, documents 
- Descriptions, pricing, and claims

4.2 Prohibited Content

Users must not upload content that:

4.3 Content Moderation

• Repeated violations may result in account suspension or termination

5. App Store & Play Store Compliance Disclosure

To comply with Google Play Store and Apple App Store policies:

• Propstom clearly discloses data collection, usage, and sharing practices
• Call, WhatsApp, and lead-tracking features are transparently disclosed
• No background call recording is performed without consent
• Permissions requested are strictly feature-based
• Advertisements and paid promotions are clearly distinguishable
